Daily Expenses - from supplies to fuel to dockside tips, etc., and then calculate totals at the end of each month.
Itemized Expenses - detail the specifics with regard to large jobs - procedures completed, time frame, expenses, etc.
At the end of the day, month and again at the end of the year, enter your expenses in the Cumulative Expenses and the Annual Expense Breakdown. Then, enter these details on the Annual Expense Report, and give that to the Owner. You can't get any more detailed than this.
